"Kathy is a fantastic coach! Her ability to guide you towards finding what is important to you is amazing. She worked with me diligently to identify how I could reach my goal and then walked me through a sensible step-by-step plan that I could easily follow. Kathy is empowering, compassionate and authentic. I really enjoyed partnering with her and I am happy to recommend her to everyone. I believe anyone will benefit a great deal from working with her.”

Attend A Motivational Wellness Retreat

When Kathy arrived at high school, she stood on the football field sidelines, and in her analytical style, approached the coaches about their use of the individual players and their strengths. She saw several ways to improve the use of each unique talent. Within a few months, at the age of 14, she had her own athletic office. In her sophomore year, she was awarded the Coaches Award from the Varsity Football team for her contributions to the program. This was the beginning of her inevitable coaching career.

During her 30+ year career in the health and fitness industry, she played and coached national racquetball players, taught and trained aerobics instructors, was the on-site massage therapist for retreats at a monastery, won several power lifting competitions, and even fit trained and coached performance horses. She did all of this while raising a son and developing and managing athletic clubs in Oregon and Colorado.

In 1994, when Kathy retired from active competition, she began writing courses, essays, and published her first book. She found that no matter how much she wrote and taught, she missed the one-on-one coaching in helping people achieve strength and self discipline.

In 2009, Kathy attended the Coaches Institute International life coach certification program.  She now demonstrates her experience and love for coaching even more extensively. She is diligent in helping her clients not only find their passion, but a way to live it. She uses Socratic questioning to help each individual find their answers. This is a probing form of questioning that a client might not do on their own.

Coaching isn’t therapy. As a financial advisor would take inventory of your finances, a life coach will help you to identify your true passions.  You don’t lay on a couch, no tears, no past life regressions. You just hammer out the facts with positive support from a friend and motivator. Kathy will keep you positive, motivated, and accountable throughout your journey.

The clarity, insights and variety of tools that she brings will allow for you to focus solely on your achievement. Together, you will organize a plan. It is the normal course to face insecure thoughts and non supportive people on your journey to success. Forget about it! Kathy will help you past these hurdles for new and higher achievements.

Past failures and negative influences have nothing to do with today. This time you will succeed. Believe it. Call for a free consultation. You are about to hire a very strategic coach with a championship track record.
